The Fisherman’s Trail Portugal

I did this hike solo and it was relatively easy and safe. You hike from town to town so even though it is 12 days you can pack very light (and even get your luggage transferred to make it easier). Beautiful coastal scenery transitioning from vast dunes in the north to spectacular cliffs in the south. I hiked it in April and the weather was perfect and the wildflowers were in bloom, it would be miserable in the summer heat.
